What To Expect From Your Service Appointment


Step 1) Check In

Upon check-in you will receive a text message or email notifying you the vehicle has been checked in.Ā 

From the text message you can message your service advisor directly or follow the link to check real time status of the vehicle.Ā 

If you reply stop and opt out, you will not receive any updates on your vehicle via text message.Ā 

Step 2) Review of Primary Concern or Multi-Point Inspection Form

Once the Technician has inspected the vehicle you will receive a link to review the multipoint inspection.

it will break down the green items (no issues found) Yellow Items (will require attention soon) and Red (Safety related or due today.)

If there are recommendations on the vehicle it will give you a price and an option to give a thumbs up approving the work or thumbs down declining the recommendations.Ā 

If you need more information on your repair, you can request a call with your service representative.

You may also receive pictures associated with recommendations or possible video explaining the repair or maintenance.Ā 

Step 3) Completion Of Vehicle

Once the vehicle is completed the service advisor will call or text you. When you pick up the vehicle you will have received either a digital or printed copy of the vehicle inspection, or information on declined services.Ā
