For the past 12 years, Toyota fans have been patiently waiting for word of a possible revamp of one of the most famous race cars in the history of the brand. This month, it finally happened. At the Geneva Motor Show, the automaker unveiled the GR Supra Racing Concept and we’re ready to hit the track.

Sporting the number “90,” the car hints at a fifth-generation revamp. The concept was nothing shy of what one could’ve hoped for with its powerful design.
It features aerodynamic wide front and rear bumpers, a large rear wing, and a hood complete with louvered air inlets. All parts are made of a lightweight composite to keep the two-door model speedy and a blast to drive.
With a front-engine and rear-wheel drive configuration, the driver has a great handle on steering and turning. This composition allows drivers to incorporate a “power slide” by slowing or speeding up, according to U.S. News Best Cars. (Don’t try this at home.)
The renowned brand tops it off with a lowered front and rear suspension, BBS racing wheels complete with Michelin racing tires, and a racing exhaust. To slow down, it is equipped with Brembo Racing calipers and discs.

Of course, safety is not left behind. This model is up to safety standards with a full roll cage, fire extinguishers, fuel and brake lines, pedal box, batter, and wiring looms.
Known originally as the A40, it’s been 16 years since the last wave of production and even though a new model hasn’t made its debut, the Supra is still popular enough to be in driving video games and action movies.
The new model is making its way from the screens to showroom floors in the next year, according to Forbes.
