Served up standard across the Avalon range is a 3.5-liter V6 engine. Teaming with a six-speed automatic transmission, the V6 produces a potent 268 horsepower and 248 pound-feet of torque. It is available in front-drive form only.
What's more, it does an excellent job on the fuel economy front, too, as the Avalon is expected to return 24 mpg combined (21 city/30 highway).
