Winter is beginning and new car smell is in the air. The 2017 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show (SEMA) especially embodied this pleasant aroma, and we loved seeing what Toyota introduced during its “Power of New” showcase. See our favorite announcements during the show and let us know what yours was.

The Toyota C-HR Crossover Utility Vehicle was introduced this year to freshen up the automaker’s offerings with a modern look. Now the C-HR hosts a 600-hp engine, which allows drivers to accelerate quickly. This model has earned quicker lap times than a McLaren 650S Spyder, Porsche 911 GT3 RS, and Nismo GT-R at the Willow Springs International Raceway Big Willow track. This is not a CUV to be taken lightly.

Toyota also introduced the C-HR Beat Box, which brings the smooth vibes of your favorite tunes to life. Passengers can create their own drum beats using certain touchpoints in the vehicle and can add mood lighting dances to the beat. Host your own dance party in your all-new C-HR. We won’t judge, as long as we’re invited.

We know you know that we love the all-new redesigned 2018 Toyota Camry, but it got even better at SEMA. You don’t have to take our word for it either. NASCAR drivers Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Busch, Denny Hamlin, and Daniel Suarez elevated the new Camry by creating their own custom models. The builds’ alterations included NASCAR-esque spoilers, TRD exhaust tips, and interior upgrades, according to Auto Blog.

In addition to the NASCAR drivers, former Top Gear USA host, Rutledge Wood, brought his personal take on the Camry. His custom build contained many 3-D printed modifications, including the hood, bumper, diffuser, side skirts, and headlight housings. To round it off, the Camry showed off its gold wheels from Rotiform Performance.

At Larry H. Miller Toyota Murray, we’re excited to see what Toyota brings to the automotive industry to make everyone’s driving experience better than ever before. If you’re ready to add a little personality to your ride, visit our website to find your new Toyota or take advantage of our custom packages to enhance your drive.
