Our salesperson (Bryan Mehr) had excellent knowledge about the RAV4 and the many features we were not aware of. We had already made the decision of the car we were interested in and I felt our decision was respected and we were provided information that only encouraged our decision. All of the personnel we have dealt with have always been most courteous and willing to assist. Aspects like the most: "I didn't feel as though I was 'being sold"--I always felt as though my wishes were uppermost to the salesperson."
