My sales rep (Craig) worked with my daughter over the phone as I have been so busy with insurance claims. I had just been in a difficult accident that totaled a car I loved. I was not in the mood or mindset to get a new vehicle. My daughter had to bring me to the dealership with her two very small children. (Craig) was so great at connecting to everyone and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. He was very upbeat and patient. Lots of TLC after the sale...that really means a lot to me. It keeps adding to my experience in such a positive way. It's not their fault when a weary, accident rattled client comes on their lot...and they took such great care of me. Thanks!"
