He was very courteous and understanding. He really helped me out during my time of need. My father passed away a few days prior to the car breaking down. (His) ability to get me a rental while car was being repaired and expediting the wait time for the part is greatly appreciated and was much needed."

My sales rep (Craig) worked with my daughter over the phone as I have been so busy with insurance claims. I had just been in a difficult accident that totaled a car I loved. I was not in the mood or mindset to get a new vehicle. My daughter had to bring me to the dealership with her two very small children.
