My husband usually does all of the negotiations over the phone when we are looking for a new car. He puts a lot of miles on the car for work so we get new cars pretty often. Since we are new to Utah he tasked me to go out to the different dealers to look at cars and to see what options were available in our price range. I had very specific models that I was interested in. I had stopped at a couple of dealerships and was shocked when I was not offered to test drive a car or when I asked if I could get pricing the salesman just wrote down a price on the back of a business card stating "$26 and some change or $32 and some change". I was sitting in a floor model of a car and was quickly moved on. Out of all of the dealerships that I went to I was quickly "Blown-Off" or the salesman tried to show me cars that I wasn't interested in or could not afford. I then drove up to Larry Miller Toyota. I stopped at the front desk and asked for a salesman to help me. They quickly called someone and offered me a bottle of water. I first met with Jared Elizares and he was extremely helpful with showing me the options and getting me pricing for the Rav 4. He gave me his business card and stated that when I was ready to take a test drive or to bring my husband in he would be more than happy to help us. I have never been treated so well then by the staff at Larry Miller Toyota. Everyone who walked by said Hello. Later that evening my husband and I came in to meet with Jared but he was not available. He introduced us to Ryan Sparks. Ryan was wonderful. As we went to test drive the Rav 4 we saw the Pruis V. So we drove both. Loved the Pruis V so much that we decided to get it. Ryan was wonderful and helped us in negotiating the price, trade-in, and the warranty. Ryan introduced us to the Eric Rosner, sales manager; Wendy Halterman, service department and took us on a tour of the property while we were waiting. Even though it took a little longer than expected Ryan kept us informed and happy through out the process. I have been meaning to do this for a while but, we have had multiple surgeries between my wife and myself. Everyone in your organization work together as a team to make sure that we were taken care of every step in the process. I usually do all of my negotiating. I do not play the usual car sales negotiation games Ryan Sparks did a great job of helping us. My wife and I wife buy from Ryan again. After visiting several dealerships, where I endured stereotypical treatment that belongs only in 60's sit-coms, I found Larry H. Miller Toyota's Dave, who cared about my car-buying priorities, answered my questions, and found me my sweet, little 2014 Corolla S+. The negotiation process was straight-forward and honest. I recommend Dave and Larry H. Miller Toyota to everybody.
